How to Solve the Server Unreachable Error

Check if you’ve purchased TapCRM package from Appjetty Store or not. If you’ve not purchased then follow the below steps:

  • Go to AppJetty’s (TapCRM Product Page)
  • Click on Start 30 Days free trial
  • Select version of your CRM instance like Suite/Sugar6/Sugar7/8/9
  • Enter your CRM domain. For example: If your SuiteCRM domain is: (http://example.com/Demo/index.php?action=Login&module=Users)then you don’t have to enter the whole URL. Just enter http://example.com/Demo
  • After the order is placed, your free trial will start for 30 Days.

Check if you have installed TapCRM package in your Suite/SugarCRM or not. In case you have not installed, then follow the below steps: (Installation steps, Video link for setup)

  • Go to CRM → Admin → Module loader
  • Install the downloaded zip file that you might have got from any of the following stores:
  • After installing the zip, you’ll need to validate license key.
  • Still need help? Watch the video to get help in installing the package.

Check if you’ve entered a valid license key or not. In case you have not installed, then follow the below steps:

  • Go to CRM → Admin → TapCRM License Configuration
  • Enter license key which is provided by AppJetty Store / Suite Store / Sugar Store.
  • Click on validate button to validate license key.

Note: Only user with admin rights will be able to perform all configuration related settings.

Still, if the issue is not resolved, check one of the following reasons:

  • Make sure the same URL you have entered in mobile is working on browser.
  • Internet connection is working and check if there is any firewall restriction.
  • URL entered must be of Suite/SugarCRM instance and not any other website URL.
  • CRM URL should be without any http or https prefix and should not end with index.php or something.

How to Solve Login Error

Trouble logging in? First of all, please make sure you are an authorized user for this app.

If you are an authorized user, please ensure that you are entering the right username or password.

If you are not an authorized user, follow these steps to start using the app:

  • Go to CRM Admin → TapCRM License Configuration
  • Validate license and enable module from there.
  • Move Users from Unlicensed user list to Licensed user list.
  • Click on the Save button.

Even after registering yourself as an authorized user, the still issue prevails: Check if license gateway IP(27.109.16.251) is not blocked by Firewall or your Server Admin.

Note: Only user with admin rights will be able to perform all configuration related settings.

How to Solve Forgot Password Related Issue

In case if you are getting error message of invalid username or email, please check if the address you are entering has been registered as the email address in your CRM profile.

If not, then register the proper email and username in your CRM instance.

In spite of the right email address, if error prevails, make sure that you are a licensed user to use this application. If not, ask your admin to enable you as a licensed user.

Also, make sure that you have Enable Forgot Password feature under Admin → Password management from the CRM.

If none of the above steps are resolving the issue, please check your SMTP server configurations from the CRM available under Admin → Email Settings.

How to Solve an Issue When Server encounters an error

In case if you getting some miscellaneous error messages like invalid call, the server might have encountered an error. Please follow the below steps to solve the problem:.

Please make sure you have the latest application and latest TapCRM package.

  • Kindly repair and rebuild the system from Admin → Repair → Repair & Rebuild.
  • Make sure you have installed the latest version of CRM and Application.
  • Kindly check if there is any update from the play store
  • Check if there is an updated package in Appjetty Store / SuiteStore / Sugar Store
  • If a new version is available then uninstall the previous one and install a new one.

Still if issue remains unresolved, then please contact Appjetty (support@appjetty.com) with the details. Also if there are any CRM side errors, you can also try repair-rebuild from the CRM admin panel.
